Powerful Capabilities

Why Businesses Choose QRCodeMaster

Everything you need to connect offline touchpoints to clear digital destinations.

Editable dynamic destinations

For a dynamic code, change the stored destination without replacing the printed QR code.

Scan insights for dynamic codes

View time, device category, referrer, and available coarse location data without precise GPS or identifying the scanner.

Complete Brand Identity

Upload company logos, configure multi-color gradients, and choose custom dot patterns.

SVG, PNG, and WEBP export

Export your design and always run a scan test at final print size before producing a large batch.

Managed HTTP redirects

Dynamic codes use a short redirect. Actual speed depends on hosting region, network conditions, and the destination site.

Multi-Tenant & Teams

Share and manage QR codes effortlessly within your team using Clerk Organization workspaces.

Clear product boundaries

Know what you print and test it first.

Static codes contain their payload directly; dynamic codes depend on a managed redirect. Test every production version before a large print run.

  • Explicit static and dynamic modes

The editor and API show which payload is encoded and whether a redirect is required.

  • Billing is off during beta

Displayed amounts are intended launch prices; no charge is currently created.

  • No credit card required in beta

A payment provider, commercial terms, and checkout will only be enabled after separate verification.

Real-World Use Cases

QR workflows for different industries

From restaurant menus to product information, see how organizations use static and dynamic QR codes.

Menus that evolve with every season

Challenge

Seasonal changes mean expensive reprint runs, or outdated printed menus on guest tables.

Solution

Use a dynamic URL code for a managed menu page, a static WiFi code for network details, or a fair Google review link.

Business Outcome

A stored dynamic destination or hosted menu can be updated centrally; test the code after content changes and before each print run.

Questions & Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about dynamic QR codes and our platform.

What happens to my QR codes when a subscription ends?

Paid billing is not active during the beta. The final policy for expired subscriptions will be documented before paid launch, so we do not currently promise unlimited lifetime hosting.

What are the main differences between Starter, Pro, and Business?

Displayed prices are intended launch prices. Starter is designed for up to 15 active codes, Pro for 100 codes and advanced features, and Business has no product-level cap on saved QR records and adds custom domains, REST API, HMAC webhooks, and batches up to 500 records. Technical quotas, storage limits, and fair-use terms still apply. The beta currently creates no charge.

Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?

Online billing and subscription management are not active yet. Final switching, cancellation, and annual terms will be published and shown before purchase.

How do the REST API and Webhooks work?

Business functionality supports hashed `qrm_live_...` Bearer tokens, batches up to 500 codes, and HMAC-SHA256 signed webhooks. Scan metadata may use country, region, and city supplied by the hosting platform; precise GPS location is not collected.

What payment methods do you accept?

No payment provider is active yet and we do not request payment details. Payment methods and invoicing capabilities will be confirmed only after a provider is connected and tested.
