Hospitality & Terrace Digital Menu Engine

A hosted digital menu with search and filters

Use a responsive HTML menu with item search, categories, and operator-defined dietary labels. Generic time-based routing is configured separately from menu content.

How It Works

Smarter Hospitality Operations in 3 Steps

Scan at Table or Terrace

Guests scan a printed QR with a compatible camera. The responsive menu opens in the browser without requiring a PDF viewer.

Filter Allergens & Search

Search configured item names and filter by operator-supplied dietary labels. The menu owner remains responsible for accuracy.

Update stored menu content

Edit categories, item names, descriptions, prices, and dietary labels in the dashboard; this is not an inventory or ordering system.

Menu rollout scope

Plan table placements and update cycles

A workload estimate based on your own table count and menu schedule. It does not predict savings, order speed, or revenue.

Built For Busy Restaurants, Cafés & Beach Clubs

Searchable categories and labels

Visitors can search configured names and descriptions and filter by operator-supplied dietary labels.

Stored menu updates

Update items in the dashboard; connected hosted menu views receive the saved content without replacing a managed QR.

Operator-supplied menu content

QRCodeMaster does not automatically translate dishes. Publish only descriptions and labels that your team has reviewed.

QR export presets

Export supported QR formats and test the final size, contrast, material, and camera compatibility before production.

Operator-supplied allergen labels

Add clear dietary or allergen labels to items. The operator remains responsible for accurate data, cross-contamination information, and legal compliance.

QR-level scan insights

Managed menu QR records expose aggregate scan data. Per-dish views, margins, table turnover, and sales are not measured.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is this better than uploading a PDF menu?

A responsive HTML menu can adapt to a small screen and provides search and dietary filters. Actual loading speed depends on hosting, content, device, and network.

Can each table have a unique QR code with table numbers?

Not as a one-click numbered print run. The REST endpoint can bulk-create saved records, but print assets and table numbering still require a separate, tested export workflow.

Does menu content automatically switch between lunch and dinner?

Not inside the hosted menu itself. A managed QR can use a separate generic time-routing rule, or the operator can update stored categories and items manually.

Can I add photos and dietary icons to each dish?

The current menu model supports names, descriptions, prices, categories, and free-form dietary labels. Dish photos, certified allergen data, and nutrition fields are not built in.

Ready to modernize your restaurant menus?

Configure a hosted menu during beta, test its labels and scan flow, and keep a printable fallback for accessibility and outages.
