Effective: 24 August 2026
Terms of Use
These terms cover the current QRCodeMaster beta. No payment provider is active yet.
1. Service and provider
QRCodeMaster is a web service of LaventeCare (Jeffrey Lavente), Dronten, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 88162710. It provides dynamic QR routing, design, analytics, hosted pages, and developer tooling. The service is primarily intended for business use.
2. Beta and pricing
The current service is a beta. Displayed plan prices are intended launch prices, not an active offer or charge. No card or bank details are requested. Before paid billing starts, final prices, renewal, cancellation, tax, and any QR-retention terms will be shown for explicit acceptance.
3. Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information and protect login credentials, API keys, and webhook secrets.
- Use organization access only for authorized members and remove access when roles change.
- Keep destinations, custom domains, feedback forms, and uploaded content lawful, accurate, and safe.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for phishing, malware, credential theft, spam, unlawful tracking, deception, infringement, discriminatory or legally significant automated decisions, or content that violates third-party rights. Do not bypass rate limits, tenant boundaries, authentication, or plan controls. We may suspend harmful access while investigating.
5. Customer content and review flows
You retain rights in your content and grant LaventeCare the limited permission needed to host, process, and route it. You are responsible for notices and legal bases required for your campaign. Review flows must not hide the public review option based on sentiment; QRCodeMaster’s standard flow shows the same option for every rating.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for a reliable service but the beta has no uptime SLA unless separately agreed in writing. Maintenance, providers, DNS, browsers, and destination sites can affect availability. We may improve or replace features while preserving reasonable export or transition options where practical.
7. Intellectual property and liability
LaventeCare retains rights in the service, software, and branding. Open-source components remain under their own licences. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, liability is limited to direct, reasonably foreseeable loss caused by an attributable failure; no limitation excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Ending use, law, and contact
You may stop using the beta and request account deletion. We may terminate access for serious or repeated breaches, with notice where reasonably possible. Dutch law applies and disputes go to the competent Dutch court, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules. Contact: support@qrcodemaster.nl.
